Implementation of 1864 and 1874 Statutes Provisions on Administration of Primary Popular Training Schools within the Borders of West-Siberian School District

The paper is devoted to the problem of public education, particular to the implementation of 1864 and 1874 Statutes provisions for the establishing the system of primary educational institutions administration in the West-Siberian school district. Formation of directorates and inspectorates of popular training schools as well as introduction of school boards is considered.
