Results of Testing the New Method of Integrated Assessment of Tourist-recreational Potential (on an Example of Tape Pine Forests in the Altai Territory)

This article describes the process and the results of development and verification of integrated methods to assess tourist potential of the tape pine forests in the Altai Territory. The proposed methodology has refined selection of assessment indicators and has widely used GIS technology in the assessment procedure.
