Biotechnological Methods at the Adaptation Stage of the Iris Plants-Regenerants to Unsterile Conditions

In order to obtain qualitative iris planting material at clone micro-propagation the researcher worked out two-staged system of adaptation of plants-regenerators to conditions ex vitro. Rooted shoots in media can be adap#ted in hotbeds in spring and summer in conditions of the open ground.
