Empirical Models of Perceiving Ageing in New Gerontological Reality: Comparative Analysis Based on the Results of the Sociological Survey in Four Russian Regions

The article is devoted to analysis of perceiving ageing and attitudes towards old people. Using the results of psycho-semantic research in four regions, authors reveal latent semantic mechanisms, mediating perceiving of social roles, describe semantic spaces relevant for different social groups.
