The relationship between doctors and patients are still a major problem in medical practice. The research which was made at the appointment of the children#s dentist where psychological techniques were used showed increased anxiety of young children. Gender differences in experience of anxiety during the visit of dentist were established. The study proved it is important to have the skills of psychological approach to every child during the rendering of dental care for children.
