The Role of Communication Field in a Process of Valuation of Social Information

This article describes the process of valuation from a position of the dynamical theory of information. The author based on the concept of the #communication field# offers a model to assess social information during the transition periods of social development. During these periods the valuation of social information becomes a factor which constructs new society.
