The Legislation in a Sphere of the National Cultural Property as a Subject of the Philosophic and Culturological Analysis

The paper analyzes an origin of concept #the national cultural property#, examines different approaches to define its content, makes an attempt to detect some laws of development of the specified concept, such as a cultural phenomenon, and also its value in regional and international scale.
