The article touches upon the problematic issues connected with warning of unfair members of criminal procedure about the inadmissibility of obstruction the realization of legal procedure. The author gives the arguments about the necessity of this notice and its role in the assurance of security of suspected (accused) who cooperates with law-enforcement agencies. The author suggests proper amendments of crime and criminal procedure legislation of Russian Federation.
