Release from Criminal Liability for Crimes under the Art. 282-2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: Questionable Issues

The article considers some questionable issues of the release from criminal liability for organizing activity of the extremist organization and participation in it. With regard to these crimes various grounds for release, in particular, the expiry of the statute of limitations, the voluntariness of the termination of participation in the organization and others are analyzed.
