Normative Model of Exceptional Circumstances When the Investigative Actions Should Be Made without Delay

The article is devoted to the problem of investigatory powers. The author has discovered the list of exceptional circumstances when the investigative actions should be made without delay. It was concluded that #loss of substantial objects# is the basic exceptional circumstance.
