The Concept and the Content of Legality in the Activities of the Head of Investigation Department

The writers defend the idea that the main condition of legality in the activities of head of investigation department must be perfection of law. The more the laws are perfect and their requirements are completely put into practice, the higher is the legality level. It is offered to use terms #the legality of preliminary investigation# and #the head of investigation department#.
