Criminological Characteristics of Preliminary Inquiries as a Structural Component of Criminological Methodology of Preliminary and Judicial Inquiries on Murder Cases

The article deals with the problem of development of criminological characteristics of preliminary inquiries on murder cases. The article explores the question of its notion, structure and correlation with criminological characteristics of murders. The article carries out a structural analysis of elements, forming contents of criminological characteristics of preliminary inquiries on murder cases and substantiates its value for effectiveness of murder investigation.
