This article continued the investigation of the #stock # flow# system. In particular, it attempts to define the concept fund as a permanent reserve which is stored in the flows of revenues and expenses and the concept capital as a fund designed to obtain net income. This article intended for students engaged in research of capital in a market economy and for all those who interested in issues of stocks and flows, assets and capital.
