Public-Private Partnership in Housing Area

Development of public-private partnership in the investment sphere of housing and communal services was an objective necessity, crucial factor the federal special-purpose programme for the development and modernization of housing and communal services. And the concession agreement in this aspect is a form of investment in the economy, which is used by many Western countries.
