The aim of this work is to investigate Bidermaier#s style and to reveal a similar tendency in the modern cultural situation. The analysis of historical and cultural experience of Bidermaier allows us to understand the logic of processes taking part in the modern art and an attitude of an artist and public. A new term #a partial person# has been implemented for the first time. This term shows the evolution of the notion #a partial person# which was appeared in the age of Bidermaier.
