The Development of Student’s Personality - the Strategic Target of Modern Higher Vocational Training

The authors substantiate the strategic target of the higher vocational training. The paper presents results of the researches on psychology of subject and subjectivity, offers variants of personal development as a subject in up-bringing and educational process in the high school.
