The Subject of a Crime Provided for in Clause №156 of the Penal Enforcement Code of Russian Federation

The article categories the subjects of neglect of juveniles and the problems of prosecution. The author offers to widen a list of subjects of neglect of juveniles and add another subject of crime in the clause №156 of the Penal Enforcement Code of Russian Federation.
