The author supports the idea that investigational situations studied by criminalistics can form tactic skills in the process of investigation. The classification of such situations taking place during the examination of suspect and accused in the cases connected with illegal drug traffic is considered in the article. The researcher offers algorithm how must act subject of investigation to solve the problem.
