About Imaginary and Real Dynamism of the Law

The article deals with such poor investigated objective feature of the law as dynamism in its relationship with dynamics of the law. Development of social life changes the content of the law. The article contains an analysis of the imaginary and real dynamism as the foundations of law making and enforcement.
