In this article the author considers questions related to realization of criminalistic purposes and goals to achieve and to use personal information about the accused during investigatory procedures. The paper notes the necessity to pay attention to construction of tactical methods, specially intended to studying personality of the accused. The author proposes some algorithms to study personality of the accused during procedure of investigatory actions.
