Criminal-Remedial Means Providing Protection against Disclosure of the Data of Criminal Legal Proceedings

The authors formulate in the article definition of the criminal-remedial means providing inadmissibility to disclose data of criminal legal proceedings. The list of the given means is presented and their matter is revealed.
