Formation of a Regional Model of Innovation Management

New economic arrangements and experience of leaders set out certain guidelines of innovative regional development. It is important to distinguish those arrangements which are fully contributed to the development of regional innovation system. Branch structure of economy is one of the basic parameters of such a system.
