Optimization of Budgetary Institution System in the Altai Territory

This article deals with a number of problems connected with optimization of budgetary institutions as a result of the budgetary branch reform in Altai. The most important trends in improving budgetary system are the reforms based on the federal law №83 and optimization of a number of village councils.
