Personnel Policy and Motivational Environment of the Organization by the Example of the Personnel Management System of the Bank

Personnel management is recognized as one of the most important spheres of life of the company, able to repeatedly increase its efficiency. Special attention is given work of personnel services of the banking sector. The article discusses the motivation policy in the Altai regional branch of OJSC "Russian Agricultural Bank".
