Application of Non-selfadjoint Operators for the Description of Excitations on the Example of Hydrogen Atom

The work proposes the method for the quantitative description of electron excitations using the nonselfadjoint operators. The efficiency of the proposed method is demonstrated on the example of hydrogen atom. It is shown that the Stark shift of atomic energy levels and the collapse of the atomic spectrum are available.
