Theoretical Game Modeling of Franchising Relations in Competition between the Centre and Agents

The paper presents model studies on franchising network on the territorial market. A new aspect of the research is the competition between the parent company of the network and its agents.

Key words: theory of games model, franchising, networking, competitive market, Cournot equilibrium, efficiency of the network.
