The Program Package of the AERONET Data Selection to Determine the Cloud№s Radioactive Parameters

The paper presents software package for selection of the AERONET observed data of sky brightness in almancantar of the Sun to pick out situations of fractured cloudiness. Selection criteria are considered, the block diagrams of algorithms, interface and operation specification of complex components are presented.
