On One Dimensional Curvature Eigenvalues of Left Invariant Riemannian Metrics on Three Dimensional Lie Groups

Necessary and sufficient conditions for three real numbers to be the principal values of one dimensional curvature operator on three dimensional Lie groups with left invariant Riemannian metric is given in this paper.
