The paper investigates thermoelastic deformation coupled problem for a layered composite shell. Differential equations of this problem allowing us to consider interface of deformations and temperatures fields and taking into account the phenomenon of transverse shear deformations and nonlinear character of temperature distribution over the thickness, are obtained from the generalized principle of virtual displacements.
