The Use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Sets Theory for Estimating Complex Socio-Economic Phenomena

This article presents a technique to obtain a quantitative evaluation of the integral index which characterizes the complex socio-economic phenolmenon. The technique is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the theory of fuzzy sets.
