Economic Conditions for Small Scale Power Engineering Development аnd Their Analysis using Mathematical Methods
The article focuses on the economic conditions for investment attractiveness in the sphere of construction and maintenance of small scale power engineering objects using the renewable energy systems. These conditions include payback of the investment projects and efficiency of electricity generation enterprises which depend on the stability of the tariff policy and pricing, the level of the federal and regional government resource backing of small scale power engineering, and the support of energy conservation campaigns. The analysis of these conditions can be carried out with the help of economic and mathematical methods within the active systems theory.
