Preliminary Results of the Youth Primaries Summed up by the United Russia Regional Offices in the Southern Regions of the Western Siberia

The article is aimed to study youth activity which manifested itself in the competitive selection of candidates to the State Duma. The author identifies quantitative and qualitative appropriateness according to the "Youth primaries 2011". He analyses the youth primaries which were held in five regions of the Russian Federation. The study revealed the high activity of young candidates at the Altai Territory that had proved by the large number of sms-voters and their internet activity.
