Regionalism and Models of Regionalization in a Comparative Perspective

The article considers processes of regionalization of the European Union and Russian Federation states. The author analyzes the evolution of these processes and discovers main problems. He uses comparative analysis to determine perspectives of regionalization in West Europe and Russia.
