From the History of Formation and Activity of Public Prosecution Bodies of the North Ossetia in 1921-1924

The history of formation of the North Ossetia Public Prosecution bodies is of a great importance, especially today when republican bodies carries out the activity in the conditions of instable international relations, terrorist and extremist threats in the North Caucasus. The Office of Public Prosecution of the North Ossetia was formed as independent system from National committee of justice.
