The "Yellow Threat" Control in the Russian Far East on the Boundaries of the XXth and XXIth Centuries: The Conflict between Formal Rules and Informal Practices
In this paper we describe interrelations between toughening the resistance rules, Asian immigrant's activity and informal activities spreading not only in the Asia migrant's community, but among receiving society. Basing on the example of the Russian Far East in XIX-XX, XX-XXI centuries it was shown that the weak formal policy was compensated by strong informal sector.
