The First Stage of the "Management Space's" Forming in the Land-Rent Economy of the Cabinet on Bel-Agachskaya Steppe in Altai Mining District during the 60s of the XIXth Century

The article touches such question as initial steps of the land-rent branch's development on Bel-Agachskaya steppe and the reasons which transformed this territory in "management space" of the Cabinet. The author of the article points out factors which determined the development of the Bel-Agachskaya steppe and the whole rent economy of the Altai mining district.
