Theoretical and Methodological Bases for Investigating the Recreational Nature Management Territorial Systems Problems of Prosecutor’s Supervision in Pretrial Criminal Proceedings

The main scientific approaches for research on recreational systems were analyzed. The concept of territorial ecological recreational system was formulated and proved; main principles of its formation were developed.

Key words: research approaches in recreational geography, principles of recreational nature use, territorial organization of recreational activities, territorial ecological and recreational system (TERS).
