Femtosecond Processing of Nanosystems: Theory and Computer Simulation of Quantum Dissipative Nanostructures

The paper considers the role of effects of plural pair creation and transmutations of components conjugated on charge and spin in non-equilibrium self-organizing of quantum dissipative nanostructures of materials. New theoretical representations of quantum nanodynamics, approaches and methods of computer modeling of femtosecond dissipation energy processes in non-equilibrium nanosystems are offered.
