Power Practice as Managerial Relations in the Works of M. Foucault

The article considers the M. Foucault interpretation of state power as a complex of local managerial relations making up hierarchical order. According to Foucault the change of management subject-matter leads to managerial practice transformation. From this point of view power history is the history of the change of power strategies, i.e. of managerial decisions.
