The State of Art Education in the Republic Kazakhstan and Problems of Its Modernization

The article presents basic tendencies in the art education development in the Kazakhstan taking into account national tradition, which based on the UNESCO recommendations to adopt idea of ethnic and cultural education fixed in "Road Map of Art Education". Actual problems of art education modernization in Kazakhstan are systematized.
