Training the University Students to Control their Educational and Cognitive Activity Using Blogs

The article considers possibility to use blogs for management educational and cognitive activity of students in educational process of the higher education. Didactical properties and functions of blog and typology of educational blogs are described. The positive sides of the blogs usage in the educational process in the higher institution are underlined.
