Criminal, Criminological and Forensic Aspects of Counteracting Terrorism

The paper analyzes trends and quality changes of the terrorism. Based on the study of legal, scientific and official sources the authors formulate some conclusions and proposals to improve the criminal law and practice in order to counteract terrorism in modern Russia.
