The article considers method of suicide terrorist attacks used by terrorist organizations. It was shown that among grounded reasons for suicide there are criminal reasons or incitement to suicide. The authors suggest applying the term "criminal suicide" in the practice of the crime definition according to the articles 205, 205.1 of the Russian Federation Criminal Сode and applying a term "the criminal suicide man" to the subject - a suicide bomber who committed a terrorist act.
