Main Problems of Cluster Organizations in the Siberian Federal District

The strategic goal of development of Siberia is to ensure sustainable improvements in the level and quality of life, based on balanced economic and social system of innovation type, ensuring national security, the dynamic economic development and the implementation of Russia’s strategic interests in the global community.
The paper considers the problem of cluster organization of the economy, whose solution would contribute to the strategic objectives of economic development in Siberia.
Key words: strategic development, innovative high-tech clusters, network of regional production clusters, discrete clusters, typical barriers to the development of process clusters, socio-economic development of the region, development of clustering enterprises.
