Criterion of System Efficiency of Investment Projects and Management Optimization in Regional Economic Cluster

In the article approaches to the investment activity management optimization in the conditions of economic cluster are considered. Creation of regional cluster is considered as a factor increasing investment activity of the territorial enterprises. The historical aspect of development of the theory of investment process optimization is considered. The authors characterize the modern approach to estimate investment decisions basing on the evaluating system efficiency of business.
