Applying the Balanced Scorecard in the Conditions of an Exit of the Economy from Crisis

In the present article the author proves the necessity to reform modern organizations which are at a stage of an exit of the economy from crisis. Bases of creating the balanced indicator system (BIS) are considered, problem points of its applying and lacks of managing organization in the absence of the company integrated activity indicator which the BIS doesn’t give are marked.

Key words: balanced indicator system (BIS), BIS constructing, forming BIS in the conditions of an exit of economy from crisis, H. Rampersad’s universal indicator system, necessity to reform a control system in the conditions of an exit of the economy from crisis.
