Town-Planning Activities of Van Loghem in Kemerovo

The article deals with the town-planning activities of Holland architect Van Loghem in Kemerovo. The author considers constructive method of the architect and compares his town-planning projects of deferent years, such as: project of Kemrudnik, the settlement by the Chemical plant and town-planning project of residential district Tuinwyk in Holland.
