The Image of the Significant Other as the Mediator of Personal#s Coping with a Difficult Situation

In the article the role of the image of the significant other in the coping with difficult situation is analyzed. The image of the significant other is seen as а mediator actualizing in a difficult situation and transforming person#s sense about difficult situation and coping-strategies. The results of the empirical research of the image of the significant other as a coping-mediator are presented.
