The article is devoted to the study of knowledge interpretation problem in the context of new rationality which determines new criteria of scientific character. These criteria have allowed us to include probable knowledge, cognition results subjectivity, etc. as research subjects in the sphere of modern science, its philosophy and methodology. Interpretation plays an important role in the study of these spheres. The analysis of these problems as well as interpretative character of interdisciplinary and problem-projective investigations is the main content of the article.
