Professional and Personal Development of University Lecturer in a System of Additional Professional Education

The leading tendencies and psycho-pedagogical conditions of a university lecturer#s development in the system of additional professional education are considered in the given article. The results of experimental research on the given problem have been demonstrated on the material of professional development training programs for university research and educational personnel realized at the Altai state university.
